Willbrook Plantation has a history that dates back to 1798 when the land was two separate rice plantations, Willbrook Plantation and Litchfield Plantation, which were combined into one estate. This was one of the first private communities in the low country and the beauty of the old plantations still exist today, from the Spanish moss draped in the century old live oaks and weeping willow trees, varied wild life, and the slave graveyards undisturbed on the property.
